the intended use of the machine; taking into account the actual ground conditions and special vibration effects resulting from the actual working mode;
the attachment manufacturer shall provide instructions concerning mounting and use of the attachment;
1:5) 36) instructions and any necessary diagrams/schematics for the mounting of equipment and attachments, and related information such as masses and working circuit pressures;
37) instruction that for larger, derivative and other types of earth-moving machines not covered in Table 1 of ISO 5006:2006 and for articulated frame dumpers (in forward direction) the operator has to give an acoustic and/or visual warning signal before he starts driving the machine;
38) the specifications of the spare parts to be used, when these affect the health and safety of operators. <51
7.3
Machine marking
Each machine shall bear the following minimal information, in a legible and indelible condition:
a) 1:5) the business name and full address of the manufacturer and, where applicable, his authorised representative; <51
b) mandatory marking2l 3);
c) designation of series or type; d) 1:5) designation of machinery; <51
e) the serial number, e.g. PIN according to ISO 10261 :2002;
f) 1:5) year of construction, that is the year in which the manufacturing process is completed; <51 g) 1:5) deleted text <51 engine power, expressed in kilowatts (kW), according to ISO 14396:2002;
h) the operating mass, expressed in kilograms, according to ISO 6016:1998;
i) where appropriate maximum drawbar pull provided for at the coupling hook, in Newtons (N);
j) where appropriate maximum vertical load provided for on the coupling hook, in Newtons (N).
It is prohibited to pre-date or post-date the machinery when affixing the CE marking. ®I

2) For machines and their intended products intended to be put on the market in the EEA, CE marking is defined in the European applicable Directive(s), e.g., Machinery, Low Voltage, Explosive Atmosphere, Gas Appliances. 3) The rules for marking of machines can also apply to interchangeable equipment 1:5) in the sense of the Machinery Directive. ®J
